Hello Clara! Thank you for choosing Kings Electric and A/c with your electrical needs. Today we had the pleasure of installing a brand new top of the line 100A flush mount electrical panel. The reason for the upgrade was because when first inspected we noticed that the reason you were having issues with certain circuits was because they were burning up. About 4 of your original breakers were already melted and needed to be swapped out immediately. Due to the melting of the breakers your bus bar melted as well which the reason for the whole panel upgrade. We were happy to arrive just in time to avoid an electrical fire. We hope that you enjoy your new upgrade and we look forward to servicing you again! Your Service Electrician Jeahn C Bermudez

Hey Melinda! Thank you for calling Kings Electric & A/C for your electrical repairs. Today I was called out because you’re having issues with your 30 amp water heater circuit. I looked at your water heater and the one you purchased was for #6 wire 60 amp and you have a #10 wire on a 30amp. I was able to rewire the circuit to the new wire size, I tested all sinks and shower with your tenant for about 15 mins, and the hot water was working and nothing tripped. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out. Your electrical technician, Xavier
